A simple picture that is nicely done. A very simple logo that speaks a lot. The colors match the TF2 theme while at the same time, gives any fan a feeling of badassery. I love how you played around with the gear design in which you included the TF2 symbol while at the same time, making it mechanical-looking enough for it to be not too tacky or cliche or anything like that.

What would really help is if the color of the orange would be a tad brighter to make the gear and melting metal stand out more. If this were for the group icon, it's awesome. If you wanted to make this a spray, putting a title near the top left in a tilted fashion would also help. (or the bottom left, whichever you see fit).
